FAQs

A Hack is a piece of knowledge or resource, quality assured by experts, which is freely available to everyone.

PSH is about finding what you need as quickly as possible.

Hacks can be searched by category (e.g. Physical Performance, Sports Medicine, Performance Nutrition), keyword, author (Hacks are linked to lead authors), or Hack owner (the site where they were originally published).

You can filter by ‘Latest’ (i.e. the most recently published), ‘Greatest’ (i.e. the ‘Highest Rated’), ‘Most Viewed’, or by resource type (e.g. video, blog).

So, if you want to know about what’s new in Physical Performance space in the last 3 months – no problem.

Or, if you want to browse everything about Body Composition in the last 12 months but only want to see blogs – you’ve got it.

Or, if you’re interested in ACL rehab, but only want to see Hacks by certain authors – we’ve got that covered too.

Registering a free account will enable you to view all Hacks across the PSH site. But it will also give you access to loads of other incredible features:

  • You will be able to upvote and downvote Hacks, enabling everyone to search for the ‘greatest’ Hacks, as voted for by the PSH users.
  • You will be able to post and reply to comments, helping you to connect with the huge PSH community.
  • You can bookmark your favourite Hacks, making them easy to find whenever you need them.
  • You can create your own personalised ‘Hack Boards’, meaning you can curate your own knowledge library in exactly the way you want.
  • Not only that, you can share your personal Hack boards with others, helping to share the knowledge with whoever you like.
  • You can easily submit Hacks to the site. As soon as the Hack has been quality assured, it will be posted on the site for the PSH community to view. In ‘Your Account’, you’ll be able to keep tabs on all the Hacks you’ve submitted.

If you choose to sign up to the newsletter, we’ll even send info on the latest and greatest Hacks straight to your inbox, making it easier than ever to stay one step of the knowledge curve.
